A functional confectionery made from roasted tigernuts and baobab fruit, naturally sweetened with panela sugar and enriched with coconut. The combination brings together a diverse range of naturally occurring fibres with the delicate, subtly sweet character of coconut, creating a richly indulgent plant-based fudge with a mellow, subtly sweet coconut character.
